Debugging on Android Emulator and Physical Device (Galaxy A10) is crazy slow (MacBook Pro M1)

I've got a MacBook Pro M1 (so no access to GenyMotion yet before 3.3.*), so while developing I use a Galaxy A10 for real device testing and a Pixel Android Emulator.

The performance is insanely bad on both, screens takes ages to load, assets like images too, Animation are horrendous, it's a pain to debug anything and I can't figure out why.

iOS Simulator and Real device (iPhone 11 Pro) are perfectly smooth.

The logcat in release flavor option is not one, since I need to be edit code and see the changes live.

Any ideas?
