Weird label on Flask Bootstrap search bar

For some reason I am not able to get rid of this "search" label on my search bar:

The only code associated with it (graphically) is this:

<nav class="navbar navbar-light">
  <form class="form-inline" action="{{ url_for('home') }}" method="POST">
       {{ wtf.form_field(form.search, class='form-control mr-sm-2', type='search') }}
    <button class="btn btn-outline-success my-2 my-sm-0" type="submit">Search</button>
      {{ form.csrf_token }}
  </form>
</nav>

And when I open up the dev window it traces back to here:

Does anyone know why this label class is here and how to get rid of it?

Thank you in advance!
