Use Anaconda environment in Atom (Mac OS)

I am working on Mac OS and installed Atom. I was wondering if there's a way to make all the packages from my anaconda3 environment available in Atom.

As of right now, runnning import scipy throws the following error:

ImportError: No module named pandas

So how can I tell Atom to import the packages stored in my /Users/arturo/anaconda3/pkgs folder?

Following one of the answers to this question, I went into Terminal and typed:

conda
atom --new-instance

-bash: atom: command not found
