Python tablib to open a xlsx file

I'm trying to figure out how to open a xlsx file using tablib/python. I see this is in stack overflow, but the information seems dated: Python - Use to tablib to import Excel (xls, xlsx) files

Anybody have some sample code I could use to do this?
