    $image = $_FILES["image11"]["tmp_name"];
    if(getimagesize($image)==false)
    {
        echo '<script type="text/javascript">alert("Please Select an
    Image")</script>';
    }
    else {
        $image=addslashes($_FILES['image11']['tmp_name']);
        $name=addslashes($_FILES['image11']['name']);
        $image=file_get_contents($image);
        $image=base64_encode($image);
       $qry="update update_page SET images='$image' WHERE id=3";
    $result = mysqli_query($con,$qry);
    if($result){
        echo '<script type="text/javascript">alert("Updated Succesfully")
  </script>';
    }
    else{
        echo '<script type="text/javascript">alert("Updation
 UnSuccesfully")</script>';
    }
  }

This is a code for inserting the image into a database using base64

I want some other techniques to be used to encrypt those images and also how to decrypt and display it on other page
