Looped URL, I broked .htaccess

I have a little problem.

I tried some RewriteRule in my .htaccess file and I broked it.

I get:

http://localhost/home/user/Documents/www/localhost/home/home/user/Documents/www/localhost/home/home/user/Documents/ and much same path

instead of localhost.

The main problem is, that I deleted .htaccess file and I still get this looped url.

How can I solve this?
