htaccess query string wildcard rewrite

I've tried some suggestions from other posts on similar subject but were not able to solve this exact issue.

I am trying to rewrite the following with htaccess:

Original: http://website.com/comment-subscriptions/?srp=wildcard

Rewritten to: http://website.com/manage-subscriptions/comment-subscriptions/?srp=wildcard

EDIT: What I forgot to mention is all new urls already have /manage-subscriptions/ directory. What I am trying to do is add /manage-subscriptions/ to the old ones, the ones which do not have it.

So I do not want to append /manage-subscriptions/ directory to all URLs but just the ones that don't already have it.

Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks!
