Facing an issue, while testing the website link on google page speed insight [on hold]
Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this "Lighthouse" error. URL: https://www.izenda.com/ And how I can analyze the cause of error in the website.

After several runs i managed to test your page getting this result. screenshot Your website might timeout sometimes, that's why you get that response. Check the mobile tab too, to see if it managed to analyze that version.
You can also get the suggestions for performance improvement using the Audits tab in google chrome.

What you may do is,
- Compress the images used in website
- Use .min format script
- Remove any unused script, or you should revise how to optimize it more.
- use formatted query to push load time from backend
