Google Cloud Vision Text Detection - Ignore Text on Logos

I'm using the following code to detect text on an image and then get that result as a string array:

const [result] = await googleapis.textDetection(attachment.url);
const texts = result.fullTextAnnotation;
const parsedText = texts.text.split('\n');

However, my image has mostly text, but can sometimes include various logos as well. I know Google Cloud Vision has an api for detecting logos, so I'm wondering if it's possible to detect the logos, then "remove them" before doing the text detection. Or essentially ignore them in the text detection.
