Mysql how to update complex tree data based on specific node?

Suppose I have this:
F is what I want to add, when adding, I want to update D and A data, without affecting E. Any way to do this in mysql way without ascending to its parent one by one?
Tried to use ancestor but I realized their ancestor is all A, that means if I add F it will affect E too.
