I am trying to validate a dynamically generated form input but i cant seem to get it to work.

the generated input name is <input type="text" style="margin:0px 0px 7.5px 0px;" class="form-control" size="" name="' + prefix + '[name]" id="name' + suffix + '" />

i think my issue comes from my rules.

fields: {
        requestorName: {
            validators: {
                    stringLength: {
                    min: 2,
                },
                    notEmpty: {
                    message: 'Please supply your name'
                }
            }
        },
        requestorEmail: {
            validators: {
                notEmpty: {
                    message: 'Please supply your email address'
                },
                emailAddress: {
                    message: 'Please supply a valid email address'
                }
            }
        },
         name: {
            validators: {
                 stringLength: {
                    min: 2,
                },
                notEmpty: {
                    message: 'Please supply recipient name'
                }
            }
        },
