Tagsinput+ typeahead with ajax call

I want to make a tag input field using tagsinput plugin and typeahead plugin.. i have stored tags in a mysql table and i am calling then with ajax but when i use typeahead alone i am getting the suggesions but i want the field as tag firld so when i tried to use tags input typeahead suggestions not working even the ajax call has not been sent if i use taginput on that input field. I am noob if anyone can provide me a working example of typeahead+tagsinput+php+mysql then it'll be great.
