jQuery booking system sliding functionality

I have this been trying to replicate this booking system. https://healthengine.com.au/appointment/book/43861/Dentistry/2017-05-14T0800/?practitioner=0&source=profile-lightbox#

But i am stuck with the scroll through functionality like it how it goes through every step on desktop and looks killer in side.

Can anyone hep me with this slider down functionality, i tried basic jquery sliding but it isn't effective like in my example.
