I would like to know if there are official xml reference documents for these things, which my code could scan in order to read elements, attributes, style selectors, commands and methods etc?

I've started making a new HTML editor for my students, and because it interests me. I would like to parse official sources to aid in creating the user interface programmatically and for code completion so my software should never fall out-of-date.
