Div block in footer, but scrollable (position sticky inverse)

i have a big problem..

I have a div before the footer bar. So I would like to place it there .. but as soon as I load the page I would still see it aligned at the bottom, but when it comes to the point where there is the code (footer), you must detach from the bottom and connect them continuing to scroll "normally"

I was thinking about position sticky, but I know it works in reverse ... I mean I have the header / menu part ... I shrug and stays up, how can I do the opposite?

Thank you
