Does the usage of FLAG_SECURE with respect to activity's window blocks the user triggered foreground screenshots too?

I m using a web view wherein my pages are rendered. I want to apply FLAG_SECURE on the web view. I wish to understand two things-

  1. Will it block the user/ manual screenshots at the forefront.
  2. There is a black screen appearing when the app goes to background. Can I customise it and show my splash screen instead of black screen when the app goes to background. I used onCreateThumbail() on getActivity() but it looks deprecated.
